Guacamole
Oh my gosh, I do love my guacamole. There is something so wonderful to sitting down with a bowl of this green goodness and scooping away. It’s the perfect snack – ready in a few minutes and full of healthiness. I love that it is chunky and textured – the tomato and coriander give it that extra boost. And the zing of the lime juice and Tabasco – what more could you want! Eat it with corn chips or carrot sticks and it will keep you satisfied for ages.
And guacamole is so versatile too. We know it works as a snack – soooo delicious! Pop a big bowl of it out as part of a grazing table when guests are visiting. It’s essential with tacos, nachos or a big bowl of chilli con carne. Or have it with bacon and eggs on toast for breakfast. Yummy all round I say!
